don't know what to make of this one

The torus room is wet and relatively hot - condensation on the camera.

Wonder if TEPCO knows you can now buy AUTOFOCUS cameras for $75?

The autofocus can't deal with the sheet of plastic that they've wrapped the camera with to avoid it getting contaminated. I wouldn't be dicking around with manual focus if I were in there, either.

ok, obviously they need to fabricate a lens wiper, as in glass over the lens outside the bag, if thats whats going on, with a spring loaded small wiper to clear the glass oh, and wipe it with anti fog lens cleaner too. ligting is another issue. something like this http://www.brinkmann.net/products/flashlights_and_spotlights/spotlights/details.aspx?item=800-2200-0 just point it at the ceiling to light the room, probably as bright as daylight. 45 - 85 minutes usage depending on weather 1 or 2 bulbs is being used.

the whole worlds needs these guys to see what the problems are and what does management do, they send them in with toys.

unbelievable.

6:35 minutes in, the bottom floor is full of water almost to the ceiling. That can't be good.
